Be sure you have Adobe Flash installed and up to date on your operating system:
If you are able to access the schedule session through your learning management system (LMS) but the BigBlueButton session never loads in the browser double check that you have Adobe Flash installed on your system.
You can verify if you have Flash installed and what version here:
If you do not have Flash installed proceed to step two and download the latest version of the Adobe Flash player.
NOTE: Depending on your system settings you may need to restart your computer for the installation to be completed.
