Locating & deleting recordings

If you enabled recording when you created the conference and engaged the start/stop record button in the live session, you will have access to a recording.

To locate a recording select BigBlueButton in the course navigation.

Under Concluded Conferences locate the conference activity to view available recordings.

You may need to expand the Concluded Conference Activity Menu [1] to access the recording Video Link [3]. You can also Delete [4] a recording. 

If you are a premium tier Canvas Customer you will also have access to recorded meeting Statistics [2].

It is important to note that it takes approximately the same amount of time for the recording to process as the duration of the live session.
